Hydrolat "Gorilych" for flower water в Улан-Удэ

1. Unpack the device to get a hydrolate and remove all packaging materials.
2. Remove traces of factory treatment with water and detergent and rinse with clean water.
3. Fill the distillation cube with a small amount of clean water, assemble the apparatus, and without connecting the water supply hoses, boil the water for 30 minutes. To disassemble the device, drain the remainder of the water from the distillation cube.
4. The volume of water should not exceed 3/4 of the volume of the distillation cube.
5. Water is poured through the neck into the distillation cube.
6. Put vegetable raw materials (various herbs, flowers, fruits or roots of plants) in a folding dry cell, no more than 2/3 of the volume of the dismountable dry-cell.
7. After connecting the cooling hoses to the chiller fittings, check for tightness of their connection by briefly submitting water to the hoses.
8. The assembled apparatus for obtaining the hydrolate is put on a heat source and set the heating power to the maximum value (in order to shorten the heating time of the distillation cube).
9. After reaching a temperature reading of 80°C on the thermometer, turn on the water supply for cooling. Strongly not necessary, enough laminar flow of water (without air bubbles).
10. When the values on the thermometer are 97-100 ° C (the scatter of the thermometer is due to the measurement error), the water in the distillation cube will evaporate and the water vapor will begin to pass through the dismountable dry-cell, being saturated with biological elements contained in the plant raw materials.
11. In process of "washing away" of biological elements from vegetative raw materials their concentration in the received distillate will start to decrease. The degree of concentration of biological elements in the hydrolate is selected individually, based on specific requirements.
12. Watch the thermometer on the distillation cube. If the reading exceeds 110°C, turn off the heating source and wait for the unit to cool down, disassemble it to perform a revision to find clogging.
13. For safety reasons, do not allow complete boiling-out of the water in the distillation cube. Control the amount of water remaining in the distillation cube by the volume of the hydrolyte obtained - they are approximately the same.
